Location is not on the main road, adjoins dirty vacant plots. Bad food quality but unreasonably expensive. Not that safe for family. Staff behavior is good.

Hotek is fine. Food is good. The restaurant service is good. Room service in morning was not good i had to call multiple times at reception to get tea and breakfast, i think in morning staffs were not there. Morning start late abed front desk services and responsiveness need to be prompt. Evening services from bar restaurant was good

Not maintained property. Though room sizes are big but basics are not maintained 1. Toilet flush not working 2. Torn bed-sheets food quality is average and staff courteous but this rating is mainly for infrastructure maintenance

Washrooms were not clean

Hotel rooms were good with all basic amenities. The staff at the reception was good and polite. The room we got did not had clean washroom and was not disinfected properly. The staff understood the problem and immediately offered us different room which was still better but still had same issue and was not maintained properly.
