Smelly furnishings, unclean and stinky rooms and washrooms, stains everywhere, no ventilation. Pictures are deceptive.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days and it was a great stay. Many hotels around. Nearby metro station. Courteous staff and tasty breakfast.

Early in the morning the mic sounds disturbed horribly. The morning namaz prayer’s mic sounded like anything. We had to wake up at 5:00. I found it very strange and i would not recommend the stay to anyone.

Good Stay

The room was clean and spacious, but could have worked on maintaining toilet amenities. The receptionist and the room boy were very helpful. The lounge area is well maintained. Though the residency is in a gully area, the hotel management provided facilities to avoid foul smell from the gutters and mosquitoes.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Metro station is nearby. Staffs are super helpful. Overall a good experience and would recommend if staying in that area.

Good hotel and very convenient location. Just 2 min walk for okhla vihar metro station.

Stay was good, staff is very helpful. Lots of restaurants and food joints just outside the hotel and very convenient location. It's just 2-3 min walk for okhla vihar metro station.

Amenities only for showpiece tv is not working (just for a showpiece) geyser also not working (also available but as a showpiece) there staff don't understand the normal hindi language, and english is not made for him, so don't expect anything from the hotel. If you need to only sleep. You may booked

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very good to stay, with the metro, just couple of steps away. If you're looking for something affordable with easy metro access, A R Residency is your option.

Hotel was not clean, found hair strand on the bed sheet. Got then changed. Location is unacceptable. The photos of the rooms uploaded are misleading. The worst that happened was the my adhaar/id card wasn't returned to me. The hotel people said they gave it back to me.
