"i was thoroughly impressed with my stay at hotel airport inn! the room was beautifully decorated, with a comfortable king-size bed. The amenities were top-notch, including a spacious bathroom and a smart tv with a wide selection of channels.

The amenities were top-notch, including a spacious bathroom and a smart tv with a wide selection of channels. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay special. From recommending local restaurants to providing extra towels, they were always happy to help.

I stayed couple of times and for me it's the easiest way to be thier location is good. Rooms are good for low budget too.

We stayed one night at the airport in mahipalpur close to the delhi airport. We had a lot of smog in delhi. The hotel warned us in beforehand that there will be drivers at the airport trying to scam us into another hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly and courteous. The area around the hotel is a little weird, i'm not sure whether it is safe at night to stroll around. They even have a metal detector at the entrance. The breakfast is yummy and affordable. They offer airport pickup and airport dropoff. For the pickup you are required to have a working internet connection since the driver will contact you via whatsapp. We also liked the full day driver service to discover the delhi city. He knows all the must have seen spots and can even recommend great restaurants. His english is very basic but he was very flexible and included our specific whishes

I prefer to stay at airport inn, and this time was no exception. The hospitality is really amazing, and i appreciate all the staff members for this, right from the receptionist to the room cleaner. I started to love the food, except the chicken sausages, which were not good and this feedback was never taken seriously. I have given feedback many times, but there have been no improvements. Secondly, the shower sets of almost all the rooms are at the end of their useful life, i have also reported this many times but i guess the airport inn considers this as a cost and keeps profits over customer feedback. This time the room was 407 ( i have stopped reporting this anymore, as i personally believe that the hotel is not bothered as the cost of replacing the shower set is more of a concern than the customer concerns.

The room stinks, the bed sheets are dirty, the ac was not working, overall i wouldn’t recommend it.

Though it was just one night stay, the staff was too much caring. The food provided was excellent. We had check out at 3. 15 am and were provided with airport drop by cost.

Is totally different from photo. Very smells room. Bathroom was in bad condition. No ac remote. Bad bed sheet.

It is not as shown in the pictures the room i asked was deluxe room but it was just single bed and that’s the end nothing else no table no chair which i was promised. Second thing the washroom it’s not cleaned the floor is sticky and even the hand jet is not working, it was all choked up. The water is not coming. Hot water is not coming. The room floor is also very sticky. It’s not cleaned. Hairs everywhere. Side tables have old guest glasses which has some watermelon seeds in it. The menu card very sticky. The door is not working from card. I had to go down to reception and ask for another key. Worst day ever

Very poor rooms. Dirty messy bedsheets. They didnt even provide me the room key, which was unbelievable. I would never recommend anyone.

It's one of the best hotel. I stayed here for three days. The staffs and management are very hospitable. And the services are awesome. If you're looking for a good hotel. You should definitely come here. The rooms are very clean, modern and well maintained. The food in their in-house restaurant is very delicious. One should definitely experience that place to experience the fine facilities.
