Having cockroach and mosquito in room. Not proper hygiene is maintained.

Property location is good for people who come to delhi for official work but not for family. The cleanliness was awful. Dirty toilets, cockroaches in room and mold in bathroom. The rooms were not ready for checkin. I had to change the room right after i checked in. The sheets were also not changed. Had to ask for toiletries many times. The kitchen staff was good and the food was also good but the options were not sufficient enough according to the price charged. Not worth mmt's favourite.

Property is good even staff is cooperative, but some request need to be considered on booking basis as we made early check in & early chechk out. Additionally, food is not so good. Need to improve. But can rate you good. & thanks for considering my request this time

Stay average as per rates, old towels bedsheets, need more cleanliness as per hygiene, cockroaches seen inside room. Wash room not properly clean.

Bedsheets where old n stinky, no water in washroom at peak morning hour. My mother was stuck inside washroom for half an hour because of no water which lead us to being late for breakfast and by the time we reached for breakfast everything was over. Reception manager is very rude. Worst experience ever. Room had lot of dust, sticky washrooms, very poor services.
