The kitchen staff were helpful and the food was tasty. But the man in reception is not good. Talking manners were not sufficient. Hygienic very good.

It was pathetic. It was worst experience. I booked 2 rooms and when i reached at the hotel they said that they have only i room. In night at 1130pm in december 26, it was really very bad experience with my family and children

There was no room available when me and my family arrived there. They told us that they won' t block any room for the bookings, so there is no available rooms. They arrange some other room with extra cash then. In this experience i learned a lesson that not book any room here after prepaid. No thankz

The washroom was pretty terrible and the bed sheets unclean although room service is prompt enough. Renovations are in progress. Service is expected to improve very soon.

The hotel has cramped accommodation. Hotel is undergoing renovations. Even the door lock isn't working. Cracked floors, leeky pipes.

worlds most dirty and unprofessional staff. they also told me. cancelled your hotel .we have no booking for u.. also ask for more cash... they charged me 300 extra.... worst toilet....receptionist is also very bad and unprofessional. he didn't accept my booking

Hotel staff was good. But rooms were filthy dirty. Termites all over. Even they switched off the ac in this scorching heat.
