The air conditioning was not cooling enough. There was painting work on the floor i stayed on. Value for money was hence low

Location, cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance is all good and makes it worth staying there. The only thing to improve is the water provided in the rooms. 2 half litre water bottles are kept, which is not enough for room on double occupancy. It also generates a lot of plastic waste. It is mentioned that you can fill bottles from the dispenser in the lobby. There was none in the ff lobby. It's difficult to go down to reception to fill bottles at midnight. Also, if the company is discouraging water bottles, then keep proper jugs to fill water. It's challenging to keep refilling 500 ml water bottles.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff is courteous. The location is wonderful and many popular spots are accessible from bloom boutique gk1. The area is safe, especially for two female travellers.

Best locality and easy to move to any side of the town. Nearby market for every type of shopping. Good hygeine, freindly staff, fooding not recommended average flush was not working which was temporarily fixed but again got out of order.

The room is neat and clean but the brekfast here is not great only the live food like eggs and all is ok but rest of the food was so so. So for breakfast not recommended you can skip and eat better outside. I don't have

Experience was good. I would like to highlight one incident where i left something very valuable but tiny in the room. I realised when o was about to board my flight and called the reception. Renuka who was on duty immediately rushed to the room and found the item after some struggle. Five star for the honesty of the staff

Had checked in on 22nd June, told front desk already would check out late next day and was ok with 50% charge, next day during check out asked for 2 more hours, was told it would 100% charge, as a rule 10-12 hours over stay is 50% and beyond that is 100%, front desk guy was extremely rude,unprofessional should be fired immediately from the service, asked for manager was told that no one is Availble, unhygienic place had rashes all over, please do not visit the place, it’s a strict no no especially GK 1 boutique, worst room, no toiletries, asked for extra bottle of water was told it’s chargeable, pathetic and stinking place, front desk should be fired and not to be given job anywhere because he is only going to ruin the name of the brand whereas he goes, PLS DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE, I have rashes all over my skin now due to dirty and terrible sheets !!!!
