Courteous and helpful staff. Quiet location right near connaught place, with enough easy right off the road access. Has a nice small restaurant cafe. Neat and clean, like all the other bloom properties i have stayed in.

Hotel staff is good but rooms are somewhat small and very compact when compared other hotels at this cost. They won't give the necessary kits(like dental, soap, slippers etc) at the start/checkin and we need chat or ask for everything.

The staff is good but requested while booking for early check-in but i got the room after 3 hours. There is no wardrobe for clothes and storage.

Rooms are quite small but clean in-house restaurant is not good for each & everything you have to request on app/link 2 water bottle complimentary then you have to fill empty bottles from floor mini bar area

Very amazing experience, ambience, staff, location, food all are amazing and impressive. For everything you have a code scanner within thr room. No need to call again and again to the reception. The library located within the rooms is also a unique concept that i loved.
