My stay at capital o hotel jp tower delhi was sooo good good rooms good washroom also the restaurant there serves good food and amazing ambiance! also the staff is friendly! loved it !

And also the tv was not working and the fan was making weird noises and room service was so slow like i ordered a tea at 7 am and i got it on 10 am and also they charged me rs 500 for an early checkin that was just 7:30 in the morning so please kindly take action on this

My biggest mistake was that i stayed in this hotel not well room clean not attending staff reception person demons extra money after paying booking

Worst stay mmt and the hotel made a scam the price showing on mmt is 700 something and then when i reached hotel they had taken 2000 more for room that’s a fraud and a scam

They always charge extra. Yesterday also i paid 532 rs extra for check in and there rooms are so unhygienic and smelly. The washroom conditions are pathetic.
