    Terrible Stay

    The hotel that i booked does not exist. The hotel authorities have given faulty number, incoming calls are not available on hotel’s number and i was not able to contact the hotel for any further details. I would like to be compensated for my money wasted in this booking, makemytrip should ensure that false listings are not there on the platform. It is not the customer’s responsibility to ensure if the hotel is legitimate. Will never book with makemytrip ever again
