They use two different for the same hotel, r s villa & collection by ors vila they denied us check in first for 1 hour the room is damp & quite damaged actually, they pure booked all the rooms for unmarried couples for short period of time, on cash, without noticing the online traffic

I have reached this hotel, first they denied the checkin on the price I have booked the hotel. Second I was a little late so I agreed to pay the extra 700 bucks and then he sent me to another location near to that property… that hotel wasn’t a hotel it’s like a small PG with no amenities nothing. No facilities of food, and nothing in the room. I wonder how come such a place exist in Nehru place. worst service ever

It was of the most horrible experience. 1st of all they didn't check in for 2 rooms saying the rate at which you booked from mm t is for 2 rooms not one. Then they charged rs 1000 extra for 2nd room. After getting our rooms, we noticed unclean bed and washrooms. And the open kitchen next to room made the stay very unpleasant. The staff is rude and unprofessional and were not providing any assistance. All in all, not recommended at all and should be removed from mm t lists

The rooms of collection ore quite well kept; they have all the basic utilities like an air conditioner, led, clean bed, etc to make a guest’s stay at the hotel delightful. The dark wooden work, as well as the similarly co-loured furniture in the rooms, enhanced the overall feel of the rooms as well. The washroom at the hotel was also clean and well maintained.

I was able to locate rs villa easily! not only the villa’s exterior and facade were in a good condition but my room was also neat and with all the basic amenities to make my stay at the villa comfortable. My room had a working air conditioner, an led, and clean bedding. The washroom was also clean and inclusive of all the basic toiletries.

Collection o 80996 r s villa i booked this hotel for 1 day and it was comfortable and relaxing, the hotel has a famous bat a showroom on the ground floor and in the basement of the building which makes it easy for visitors to locate this hotel, the room was small but was sufficient for two people the bed was well made, and the room had ac, tv and wifi and a landline phone. The washroom was clean and had a geyser and clean towels, soap and shampoo as well.

I stayed at this property for one day, the hotel was walking distance from nehru enclave metro station, after quick check-in formalities the room provided was good and had a well-made bed with basic amenities like tv and ac were working fine also the wooden flooring in the room was an attraction the washroom was clean and had all basic toiletries with geyser facility for hot and cold water. Overall a nice and comfortable stay.

The hotel was easy to locate and accessible. The staff was well groomed and proactive. Room was clean, well maintained and was sanitized by the staff. The bed was clean, well made quite spacious. The floor, walls and other amenities were clean and dirt free. The tv and fan were working fine. The washroom was clean, and basic toiletries were available.
