Poor hotel experience: mouse and mosquito infestation.

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the unacceptable room conditions during my stay. My room was infested with mice and mosquitoes, making my stay uncomfortable and stressful. Despite reporting this issue to your staff on 22/11/2024 at 12:30, they seemed unconcerned and unresponsive. As a paying guest, i expect a certain level of cleanliness, comfort, and service, which your hotel failed to provide.
