Stay was comfortable and rooms are clean. Staff is good and food is nice but only vegetarian. . Very quiet place away from noise

It was a very terrible experience, first of all i got a call from the hotel that the location( hotel ashraye) i have chosen was under maintenance so i will be allotted a new location (hotel lloyd)which is around 500m away from the original location. But that new location was very very bad the receptionist allowed a room which was not worth a free stay, dirty room, dirty towel, ac not working properly, when i complained about the room they shifted me in another room which was somehow better than that earlier room but as was still not working properly. Then i called the reception and told them i would make a complaint then they gave me another huge room but it was still very dirty and ac not working properly. I somehow don't want to argue more so i decided to adjust there. At the time of check out the receptionist was very rude and when i tell them that ac was not working properly he rudely said "it's ok. I have photograph of the room. After taking too much money, i am getting service like this is not acceptable at all.

Please update with the current photos of hotel rather than the old photos. Room walls, odour, bedding are bad in quality. I just not to take breakfast complimentary.

Difficult to identify the location of the hotel. Taxi drivers not aware of the hotel name. Need some hotel name board on the main road to provide easy identification.

Not good experience. Bathroom has cockroaches roaming around. Tv was not working and room was not clean properly. Can get better room with must less room charges with better services. Left my room unlocked by cleaning staff. Smell coming in room also.
