They have provided very bad service, this time the manager did not do any work on time and neither the air conditioner was working in the room nor the television, everything was very useless

Completely Disappointed stay. staffs are very rude, Breakfast are not served on time and it was denied finally after arguement we got breakfast around 11:30am and there is breakfast served. Room provided were conjusted for 2 guest and denied the additional Mattress but they offer with Rs 500 per night. Frequesnt power off encountered. Never mind our request and never we found they are hapoy to serve us. First experience ever. Check time late 3 hrs but they didnt allow and early check they charged. Never choose such hotel again.

They don’t provide complimentary water also. I asked for bath towel and it took them 1 hour to send it to my room. Pathetic service

Totally fraud hotel. Full of arrogance. Very unsafe for females. Lots of drunk peoples. Deserve zero stars. If you care about your family don't book this hotel. I booked hotel for 1 night (16-17may24) confirmation was sent after payment by makemytrip. Hotel name was aman inn. I contacted hotel for check in on 16 may 8pm, they said rooms ready. At 11pm hotel personal denied rooms saying hotel is full you can contact mmt. After contacting mm t coustomer support person wasted our 1 hour and and said they can't do anything about it. They didn't provided any alternative accommodation. We were 10 adults with 5 females with us and luggage. We were finding offline rooms till 02:30 am in night on the roads of delhi, and found after paying 15 k and lots of harrasment. Make my trip showing 3-4 star to such hotels and misleading coustomers.

It was no water for wash at all for long time 5-6 hours. Also it was no internte wi-fi in my room. I asked to change room. They changed room and after it was ok. The next day before leaving i requested to make order for uber taxi since i did not have indian mobile number but they did not help me for this simple issue.

Nothing was good, the room was not clean. No room service was available. Bad-sheet & other clothes were very dirty and were already used. The wash room was clean. The staff was rude not cooperative. It's a very bad experience of life. I will never forget it. I have paid for dinner and breakfast but dinner was very bad & no breakfast was given after getting so many reminders. The gyger was not in working condition. I'll never book any hotel.
