Caught off guard - poor experience

To start with the rooms were suffocating as there were no windows or air circulation. The basic toilet amenities were not available. The towels were stinking. Although the room was with breakfast they could not arrange it as they do not have a kitchen so our money was wasted. The breakfast was supposed to be arranged from the available restaurant. Kettle for tea or tea leaves were not available. There were mosquitoes in the room.

It was primarily located in paschim vihar newly constructed property very neat and clean property with excellent services.

Upon arrival they asked to book offline and took inr 1000 and committed to give the premium room. But then they did not give the same and denied cancelling or refunding the amount paid.

at first they denied the booking but after 10 min they allowed us, all other facilities are good👌👍. 👍🙏
