Bathrooms and beds are clean but towels are not. At mid night no one available even to open the door to enter the hotel. Staff is responsive.

Hotel was average - if someone wants to just keep there luggage and just want to sleep in night it is fine because there is no food arrangement, tv was not working, they don't have extra beddings, etc.

considering all the discounts the stay for 3 nights the stay was comfortable. any more than that and it would be overpriced for the quality of hotel. the staff was very professional and also helped with non hotel troubles where they could.

Pujan vishwakarma manager is well co operative, he has provided well service to me until my stay at law paz stay. This place is well connected, and nearby there is a malviya market just walkable distance. Overall i enjoyed my stay. The service was very nice but the ambience was feeling very unsafe. The room was also not upto standards for the price of 3700rs. Not worth the money overall.

It was extremely difficult to find this stay because the location on google maps was 1. 6 kms far from the hotel and even after reaching the right location after numerous calls, the hotel board was very small. Basic things like dental kit were chargeable. Breakfast was not a buffet but on order based and the food was not good. After leaving, we had requested them if we could use their parking for another 2-3 hrs after checkout, to which they agreed but after an hour itself, started calling us multiple times and rudely telling us to quickly take the car out from parking. Overall, a bad experience. Thanks

They didnt provide towel. The room was quite small to be considered as a deluxe. Kettle wasn't clean. Too much price hype for a property that offers this much.

Fab hotels doesnt have any customer satisfaction concern for their customers. They just want to earn money and there is nothing wrong in that. Soon am realising why people choose taj or marriot hotels, they always give solutions as we are guest. Fab hotels doesnt even have single concern for their customers.

The stay was average, the room was not ready. Curtains were not in place, tv was not functional, toilet was dirty. Wasted 2 hours in getting the room ready.

I booked a deluxe room but got a room which was not as expected. There was not a chair to sit and the switch was behind the headboard which was difficult to operate, the tv was without a setup box and room was small enough. They included breakfast but only given 4 slice of bread that too without butter or jam, even though 2 guest were there only 1 water bottle was given

Good location, polite and good staff, hygiene could be better, they have no kitchen but basic ammenties like tea, cofee available on call.
