*a hidden gem in a prime spot* what a fantastic hotel! the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything. The ambience was relaxing, and the staff were super helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Five stars

Terrible Stay

1 - breakfast was terrible. They only give two parathas per person (not mentioned anywhere) 2 - staf was horrible and full of street's boys attitude. They were using towels to clean the washroom seat. 3- while leaving the room they ask every-time if we switched off the fan or ac or not. (not etiquettes to customer) 4 - bed sheets were horrible. I told them to change it so the boy bring two sheets from store and pu that outside of my room. I asked why you drop that on the floor at-least put that on some stand. He said we usually do like this. 5- when i complained about all of this, they are ready to give breakfast but now they said butter will be chargeable i complained again then they said butter was finished in the kitchen so we have to buy from outside. Terrible experience. First time tried fabhotels and now will never book this chain. Never

Hotel was terrible. There was no lift available. They did not give key for the room. Wash room was dirty

Beddings and towels were not clean. The rest were almost okay. But needs more maintenance. The hand shower in the commode was not there. Hot water serves only in the morning.

Staff not good Good quality inside very poor Room not clean and even towels they gave us were so dirty. Food quality was véry terrible inside. They give food to customer which they have been keeping in refrigerator for 5 days

Staff was extremely rude food was terrible the main person at the desk was extremely rude threatening me to kick out when my friend came to visits me my room was super deluxe they gave me different room no water geezer is available make sure not to book this place

Horrible experience

The room that i booked didn't even exist and the hotel offered a shade room on the ground floor, with no ventilation, covered in dirt, dingy and dull. The front desk was not at all helpful and we just had to find some place else to reside.

I booked a room worth of 2000rs and in a 2000 that’s room was like a 500-700 lodge room. And it was very stinky then i asked him to change so the manager of the property ask me to pay more for a different room
