Terrible experience

First, the upper management is full of liars. They will agree to all your conditions on the call while booking but will tell you something else when you actually get there. The location is terrible. Too deep inside with close to no space for cabs and hence there’s a lot of transportation issue. The ac in the room won’t work according to your needs as it is preset for a specific value. The rooms are not clean. We saw several cockroaches and spiders in the room. Mosquitoes and flies as well.

Nice property to stay. Very higeynic located near the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They provide complimentary tea and snacks i'm very impressed. Restaurant serves good food. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks hotel ambrosia team.

I would highly recommend hotel ambrosia in, mahipalpur delhi to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in delhi. Best hotel in delhi, best hotel near to delhi airport. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities that i needed.

I feel very comfortable during my night stay the room is very clean and staff is very supportive there was little issue in bathrooms in water tap and fan is making noise but ac is working well thank you.

It was worst experience, very bad in room service. Quality of rooms are not of 3 star at all. . Tv was not working, ac was direct without remote. U cannot set temperature as per your requirement, even water was not complimentary, paid water was also given after several reminders. I had 2 nights stay. Not received single room service. In-spite of asking the cleaning of room was ignored and literally room was not swiped even once in 3 days after checkin till check out. N reception boy was saying i have passed information*par nai hua to me kaya karu. I won't recommend to this place and also suggest them to improve in service. Current was flowing in bath room. Earthing issue was there. And
