A lot of maintenance required in the property

Location is good but the apartment requires a lot of maintenance. The wall paints were dirty. The flush of one of the was washroom was not working. Geyser of both the washroom was not working. There was no speed regulator for fan in living room. There were also very limited charging points for mobiles. No exhaust/chimney in kitchen which is attached to living room and very poor ventilation in living room.
