the room conditions was pathetic washroom was not clean properly bed sheets are having stains and at the end i not able to to sleep properly just because of mosquitoes 🦟 their are so many mosquitoes in the room and when i ask housekeeping person any mosquito repellent they said sir we are sold and we do not have enough mosquitoes repellent seriously it was a pathetic stay

The hotel is not at all maintained. The check-in time was 2pm and even then we had to wait for 15-20mins. Rooms are too small and not maintained properly

Pathetic services no one is there to listen from checking in till Check out it doesn’t mean that ur fully booked then u will not listen to ur guests we know it’s a wedding season but we have also paid not staying for free

It's very bad experience, the room was not at all clean. Trusting was not done from ages i believe. Tv sound was like rain in rajasthan, you need to wait for it. On call service was too slow, complained about tv, no one came to see it until check out. The food was good and the staff while the bf was very cooperative, we paid for early checkin but they did not allow for the bf. I can keep going on the list of bad experiences. Over property is not well managed and not customer friendly policy.

The property is good, well maintained and neat. The staff are very good and polite The quality of food is awesome. I really enjoyed my breakfast lunch and dinner. paneer paratha was awesome.. check out for a discount, they haven't discounted my bill 15% . I called them but there is no reply on it😞

I felt that the hotel according to price is costly. No breakfast provided. Doors of the room were v hard to open. Staff unavailable for assistance.
