Experience at green palm hotel was so bad. Washrooms are too dirty, stinky, and water was continuously leakage from wash basin. We change our room trice still didn’t find resolution. Rooms are not ventilated.

Bad service, food quality is very poor, room are not cleaned, no available dental kit toilet kit, toilet, very dirty buckets and marks also dirty. I’m not happy with this day.

Actually it is not a hotel and basically it’s a marriage palace. Don’t even know the meaning of hospitality and staff is very rude.

The attendant at the reception named chetan was pretty rude and arrogant. Did not sound welcoming at all. He talked as if he was interrogating me and the tone was impolite. Will never book it again.

The place is so easy to reach because of nearest to the metro station and must to say staff was so cooperative to help everytime. Just there is one issue of no android tv in deluxe room of us.
