The room was not properly cleaned, there was a power cut of 4 to 5 hours. Staff charged extra for early checkin and no bill provided for that

Stayed for 2 days. Rooms and hotel are clean and nice but staffs of hotels are not professional. Tv of family suite room was not working. After telling many times also they didn’t came to repair tv in 2 days also. No attender is helping for carrying luggage also.

The room was spotless, with modern amenities, a cozy bed. The location was perfect—close to key attractions yet peaceful. I highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and outstanding service. Would definitely return!

Very bad condition, cockroaches everywhere in room, no hygiene photos shown in website is completely different from reality, we should keep asking for hot water, no parking space of 2 wheeler.

Staff are not responding properly. I was asking for repair the tv from first day not repaired. 3 days gone but work has not been done. No equipment for instant tea. Normal water not provided for three days. Basic things like shampoo soap we need to call.

The hotel location is good with close proximity to railway station. The rooms were clean and hotel is maintained properly. The food was also very good and available always.
