Ok, when we entered the room, we need to remind them several times that there was no water supply in the bathroom then the next day when i requested the receptionist to send a plate and a spoon in my room, he told me that he will send it, but he didn't. Moreover the tv was only smart in the name, but it has outdated version of the application which could not be used properly. Only the coffee during breakfast was good and food was only limited to two items.

Lastly, i cannot praise the staff enough. The housekeeping team was exceptional, maintaining the room’s pristine condition daily while respecting privacy. The front desk staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to assist with any request, no matter how small. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

The size of the room is remarkable—spacious enough to move around freely and yet cozy enough to feel like a home away from home. The large windows provided breathtaking views of the surroundings, flooding the room with natural light during the day and offering a peaceful backdrop in the evenings. The curtains were thick and high quality, allowing for a restful, uninterrupted night’s sleep.
