Disgusting room and terrible service. Room does not look like the photos at all. The bed sheet had food marks and hair. Had to specifically request to change it. The flush was not working properly and bathroom was filthy. Sink was not cleaned and it was dirty. Didn't even want to eat breakfast at this hotel. Their customer service is terrible and they can call you any time at night. The male staff did not seem to know how to org-anise and communicate. We showed the booking confirmation to him, yet we were asked to show them at night again and in the morning. Such a terrible experience. Never been to such filthy hotel. They run same business under multiple names

No use of mask at reception/or service staff. Rooms were not sanitized. No temperature checks were done. Booked for a deluxe room were was provided a very small room with no windows. Bathroom space was too much tight one cannot sit on the toilet seat. Tv not working. Geyser not working.

We had booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 8th and 12th of march 2020. The very first day on 8th, we discovered that their geysers don't work (and neither do their AC). Starting from bedsheets to pillow cases to towels, everything is dirty. At that time, they gave us a change of room in the same category (deluxe). When we checked-in for the second time on 12th, after returning from Shimla, we found the same thing repeating. In spite of giving them prior intimation thrice, that we are traveling with children and we will need at least a basic hot water facility in our room, as it was still cold in Delhi at that time. The reason they gave for the geysers not working was that, their electrician was not available. He is out of town for Holi, they said and the whole city didn't have another electrician. As if doing us a favor, with an air of sympathy, they offered us rooms in the lower category. We didn't accept, as the rooms in the lower category were even more pathetic. So they coolly said, we can cancel the booking and go to some other hotel if we want.It was almost 10 PM and the children were immensely tired after a whole day journey and our whole amount was already paid in advance. So we were compelled to stay for the night and bear with this audacious behavior.

Had a night stay as I had to catch flight next early morning. Very near to the Airport. Cabs are available.
