1) the room was not clean at all, 2) ac not working properly 3) there is no drinking water in the room, i asked for the water & during checkout they charged rs- 32- for the same, don't you think drinking water should be provided at room 4) during check out at midnight i found some annoying activity at the reception, after seeing that i feel this hotel is not safe for the people who booked with family

Not a clean bed toilet was dirty continous noise from the roof impolite reception no shampoo given expensive for the services intercom not working service knocks and bella the room without asking

One of the worst property no hygiene maintain room smells fan is not work properly ac not working very bad property even i check in around 10 pm and i checkout around12:30 bcs of hygiene not maintaining.

ventillation problem

No ventillation on rooms. Zero ventillation. in the morning it felt like i am having breathing issues just because of this ventillation program. Please look into it, the place is not at all ventilated.

Terrible stay at the hotel with equally terrible staff and with magnificent rooms with non working acs. Not at all worth the value for the money. Not recommended to anyone.

Very bad service at reception. Hm location per jaldi pahunch gaye. And home washroom ki need thi. Reception pe bande ne bola ap washroom check in ke baad hi use kr sakte hain. Koi common washroom nahi hai. Bht bekar behaviour tha. Bht dirty hotel hai. Never recommended

Hii is very beautifully located just nest to famous kailash colony. From reception to check out my experience was memorable and very professional and smooth. I loved the way hotel is managed. Check in staff is always with smile and very well trained. Rooms are spacious and all required amenities are available. Staff always ready to extra mile to make your stay memorable and comfortable. The jajpat nagar market city is just 15 min distance that make this hotel ideal place to stay. Moreover it is totally safe to walk around the hotel.

Worst ever budget i have stayed at, which is on make my trip portal. Mm t should assess he hotels that they propose on their portal. In this hotel, the rooms are terrible. Rooms on the third floor seem to have been put up before 1947. Rooms on second that appear to be done are also no good. The architecture of the hotel is terrible. The cockroaches crawl all over during the night. The quality of food is miserable. They have no restaurant place for breakfast, etc. If you ask for bread toaste, they burn over gas flame and serve. All in all, it is a filthy place not even rs 500 per night. All the reviews given by earlier travelers seem to be fake. Apart from name atithi, there is nothing for the guest.
