Hotel location is okay. However the staff of the hotel are rude and arrogant. Room quality is poor. Breakfast is not great.

I had book executive room with breakfast but their was no any single window in room for ventilation bathroom didnt lock from outside and room has only yellow lights no white lights we stay 3 days in yellow light which irritate me and my friend too room service was good breakfast was good

One day before check in i made clear with staff whether i'd related to ncr area will be allowed or not, staff showed me green flag but during check-in they didn't allow me to use noida based aadhar card. Terrible experience.

Worst stay i had ever experienced. Warm water was available after several requests, it's conditional, food quality was horrible cockroaches were here and there, they made false bill. Highly disappointing. Don't understand how you include this type of hotels in your list. Behavior of staff s were also disrespectful.
