Food and cafe24 service was good. Smart tv was not connected with net so cannot use it. Wifi was having issue. Hot water flow was not good. No peaceful night due to wedding bookings.

Staff was horrible. Place is only ment for meetings and marriage functions. If you are staying in the hotel you will be treated very badly. People don't know how to behave and speak. 90% staff don't understand english. Big attitude issue.

Room were neat, cosy, newly furbished. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Staff was well behaved. Check in check out were smooth.

Comfortable stay in the hotel. Courteous staff and good room service. Food was tasty as we ordered room service of a variety of food. Took the hotel car which was clean with courteous driver. On the whole, good stay.
