Good service but bad room qual

Quite an average experience given the price and for a hotel that claims to be 4 star. Broken garbage can in bathroom, towel for bathroom doormat, cracks and paint falling off the walls, and ac looks very old. The service was excellent, nice and helpful staff.

The services provided are not in consonance with room tarrif. Breakfast was terrible. The hotel must compare it's breakfast with its peers. It offers 10 percent what it's peers are providing. Breakfast menu exhibits 4 items and even all were not available.

Overpriced and over-claimed hotel

Useless hotel, claim 4 star and is not even worth 3 star. Very poorly managed hotel like some sarkari premises. And off-course worst part is their food. Too much highly priced wrt to kind of food and services it offers. The images uploaded are claimed by hotel but in actual you dont even get 50% of this ambience. The cleanliness is really poor not what is claimed in images.

The hotel food was horrible. Tge hotel gives free breakfast for a charge and they just offer one item out of granola flakes etc one out of upma or poha and one out of a loo paratha or a loo sabzi puri. The resturant staff is totally negative there patent answer is no. The housekeeping staff are good and courteous. There is no lift. It was a truly bad experience.

Room was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Walkable (just) to a metro station, but best to take a short tuk tuk ride if hot. Good value.

Though the rooms were near and well maintained there is no buffet space for breakfast need to call kitchen and it will be sent to room. And during checkout they keep you waiting and will check the room, until checking is done they won't let you go and that is ridiculous. It feels as if we came to hotel to steal their belongings. They must stop doing this.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed ever in my life. Every single stay was terrible. I had initially booked this stay for 8days but had to cancel on the 3rd day due to various reasons. I had switched 3rooms in 3days because of their horrible rooms and amenities… I can attach pictures and videos if you want me to. Absolutely worst food, heater not working, 0 cleanliness, 0 amenities. No shops nearby.

Location good. Badly maintained. The tape connection below the wash basin was leaking and dripping. It was noticed the water is dripping on under cabinet and on floor. It involved risk of slipping. Luckily nothing happened and we were saved. Due to night around 10. 30 p. M. We have not reported. Early morning to go to embassy and got ready using hand towel. The large towels were soaked with water. For i have photos and video showing dripping and water on bath room floor. Stayed in room no. 101.

The hotel has seen better days - there were renovation going on but only in the garden - the whole building is depleted, rooms are muggy

Good location but re q better service. The pros are good location and calm environment. The cons are no elevator or lift, so will be difficult for elderly. The water in the bathroom is cold and if u want hot water it takes 30 mins for u as i have to waste that much water to have minimum warm water(it's just warm and not at all hot. Can't waste water that too in delhi in the present situation. Their restaurant and bar are closed for renovation. Food is limited and u can choose only from what they have. It's too costly. A small bowl of veg soup costs 350. The ac was good, tv was working. Thr bathroom door was making streaking noise and was not closing properly. Even if u book a king size bed what they give u is two single bed joined together. Dental and shaving kits are given only when asked. No gym or swimming pool. Cars have to parked only outside. So u need to be prepared for all this in diplomat. Wifi was good. Google tv was good. U dial house keeping no one picks up. Only 2 working numbers were the reception and the food service that too don't work at all times. No bath tubs in shower. Room. So i would give 5 out of 10 for this hotel at it's present status. If they can improve in all this they can score more. Sriram

it was not clearly informed that restaurant is under renovation and they serve the food in room service but menue was limited and food was ok. Refrigrator of room was not working properly and in such hit season, hotelier serve only two complementary small water bottel. Distance from ofc usa was 5-6 km but near to us embassy on shanti path aroud 1. 4 km.

Best option if you are looking for a stay close to the us consulate. They even upgraded us to the suite, which is an awesome spacious room. Food was decent.
