Room service is poor. Intercom was not working. No cleanliness at all. Hot water not available. Drinking water not available. Don't suggest any body for this hotel.

It's a good experience but we didn't got the room we booked. Poor hospitality no early check in facility given. No cleaning done bad odours and un cleaned bedsheets must improve house keeping services

Room is small compare to show in photo. If you want hot water in washroom 1st call to reception then he start geezer. Don't eat veg sandwich in breakfast. But as per price hotel is ok.

This was terrible day of my life. I just checked in and asked to change the room, after looking in to few other options immediately I checked out and raised complaint.

The AC was out of order whereas I have paid AC charges. The TV had no cable connection. It was recharged after several hours on repeated request. No newspaper, no alarm clock, no radio was there nor provided as indicated in room amenities. The room service response was very poor. The water supply stops after some period. There is no 24x7 water supply. The bathroom accessories were in broken state.

This has been great experience to stay at Hotel Gold Star Inn near New Delhi Railway Station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I wish to stay here again and recommend others to stay here.

Positives was good considering the ac room at affordable price. Sober staff. Negatives, however service charge should not be charged as per supreme court directions. Room was unclean. Ashtray was full of ashes. Glasses were smelling with alcohol remains. Conclusion good to stay considering nearness to station and considering the rate.

Cheap hotel for individual travellers ONLY

The room is nothing like the pics shown on the site, the hotel is located in a street which is not accessible by autorickshaw also. In terms of toiletries - only a toilet soap is provided. The furniture was old and dirty too. In short, it was a cheap hotel which I just wanted to spend the night in and freshen up in the morning.
