Very bad experience ever after booking

I booked this hotel . But after reaching there we have cancelled our stay. Very dirty it was. Windows were broken, chairs were dirty and rooms were with very low light. Nothing were similar as shown in picture.

It totally disgusting stay, very poor hygiene, bedding was totally unhygienic, rooms smell very bad, i changed the room thrice but all rooms very having same problems, i heartily suggest not to go for this one

Worst stay

I came with my family stayed in room no. 407 and 408 which is interconnecting room and that is the only one thing I liked in Hotel Goodluck. Otherwise, our stay was bad. Stinking room, damage bathroom fittings, torn bedsheets and bed cover. Food that is served not good. Some of the staff service are bad. They come to room without knocking or ringing bell. Did not wait for permission to come.
