Asked for cleaning the room not done. Food bill not provided by the hotel only kota given. Poor management.

Not like old good times

Property location is good but it is not like old good times. Rooms are not clean enough. Earlier it was a 3 star property but now it is not. So i suggest not to choose this hotel for stay. It is not value for money.

Terrible Stay

No refrigerator in room, no dental & shower kit, ac not properly working, in this rate other hotels are providing breakfast, bad smells in room. Very poor experience

Ambience is good but service is poor. Even they did not provide the daily basic need too like dental kit or comb

The room was clean specifically the restrooms. Hot water and shower is available for bath. They provide tasty breakfast with good variety of food availabke. Hotel is located close to blue line metro station which is at a walkable distance. It was a comfortable stay in this hotel. After checkout, you can keep luggage in a locker room if you have time to catch your flight and need to go around for fun.

Pathetic room condition with lots of seepage and moisture in the room. No ventilation at all resulting in zero mobile network. Clear case of mm t creaditablity. Best art is duty manager says it's a dying property,

Terrible Stay

Room was not ready when i reached at 8 pm in night, given room did have proper door lock, tv set top box was not working, tea, maker kettle was not kept in room, breakfast was of poor quality. Will never recommend or stay in this hotel

I stayed 4 days in this hotel, and the overall experience was good. Room maintenance, food and staff, hotel location. Everything was good. They arranged a vehicle for the delhi trip also. Safe for families and ladies

Poor quality-room

They show you some room while booking and give you some other poor quality room. The size of the room wasn't as told. I booked a classic room but got a delux type room with very poor finishing and terrible bathroom. Avoid booking your stays from here.
