Owner is nice person, room booked was studio room(sanitized) which was average, room fridge was not working, housekeeping staff tries to act oversmart every-time

Images shown vs actual is too much difference. Rooms are unhygienic, toilet seat is without cover, breakfast only option is bread toast & omelet. Ac not working also its without remote once you keep on is always on. Tv not working, refrigerator is just for display. Bed is not clean, towels are stinky.

Pathetic hote

Staff was rude. Room was smelling like someone has just smoked in there. Ac was not working, room was not clean properly, no hot water available, no tea coffee service in hotel, bathroom was not clean, experience was horrible couldn't sleep whole night. Not recommended to anyone

Perfect room horrible staff

We booked the place but the guy asked for extra money for allotting the same room. He got rude very quickly and wanted us to leave @2am. Then at stay there was no room service. We slipped some tea on the floor around 8pm the manager asked us to wait till next day so guy will come to clean. And let the room stay dirty. If it's too much trouble clean it yourself. But the room was nice. That's why i booked it.

Staff were good, rooms were overall okay but, lots of pegion noise, beneath ceiling, food, could have been much better if bathrooms, we're okay hot water facility and lift facility was okay but it's good for long stay-of medical ground attendent as it's nearby apollo indraprasta, and good acess to e - rickshaw.

Very pathetic rooms

The room was damp, dark and very dirty. Bathroom was flooded with water. No arrangement of breakfast before 8:30 am. No provision for tea in the room. Even a plate of dal- chawal cost 500 rupees!

The place is not that well maintained. It’s overpriced for the facilities provided. Similar hotel rooms are available for cheaper price, however, they may be even worse maintained. Nothing else. Done.

Please see my response here: title: an affordable budget 2* hotel- suited for very short stays. 1. The booking was managed and hence posed no challenges. The check in process was also smooth and efficient. 2. The property is a 3 storeyed independent building with banks and residences adjacent and opposite to it. Security-wise, the location is good and also connected by rickshaw/ e-scooters etc. To the main road and metro station. 3. Amenities wise, the hotel offers bed, towels, hot water, soap, wifi only. 4. There is no breakfast included in the bookings. Also, lunch / dinner are not an option here. Better options are available at restaurants close to this property. 5. Simple amenities like dental kit, shaving kit etc. Is not included in the package. 6. The property is in good shape, maintained well and cleanliness of the premises is not an issue. 7. Mainly, the rooms on offer need a lot of cleanliness. Bathrooms, toilets, towels etc. Leave a lot to be desired. Nothing more. Thanks.

Good stay easy reach from metro
