I recently spent an overnight stay at *hotel lagoon & banquet hall* and loved the experience. The location of the hotel was highly approved, it was the opening of a major tourist destination and shopping mall. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and had all the necessary amenities in the room such as air conditioning, wi-fi. The bed and pillows were comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was quick and simple. The quality of food in the hotel restaurant was also very good. The breakfast was full of variety of dishes and tasted very good too.

1. *location: the location of the hotel is close to major attractions and 10 minutes walk from the center metro station. Public transport, such as bus and metro, is available close to the hotel, making traveling easy. 2. *welcome and service: the welcome at the reception was warm and the check-in process was quick. The staff were always smiling and helpful, making the experience a pleasant one. 3. Rooms: room cleanliness was excellent and the decor was modern and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was perfectly clean. All the required amenities like wi-fi, tv were available in the room.

"the hotel staff was extremely professional and helpful, always available to assist in every possible way. The hotel also had an excellent location, making it easy to reach major attractions. The spacious and comfortable facilities at hotel laguna added to our stay experience. Made even more pleasant. The hotel completely met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and decor. Overall, it was a perfect residential experience" i will definitely tell my friends about this hotel to visit bay hotel once.

Hotel laguna truly memorialized our artists. There were experts and assistants who offered us every possible help. The taste of the food was also amazing, which was much better than our expectations. Overall, hotel laguna gave us a wonderful experience and we would come back again"

My experience at hotel laguna was very positive. The structures and services here are surprisingly good. The rooms are comfortable and relaxing, and the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel shops are also great, being close to major attractions and restaurants. The food is also delicious and full of variety. Overall, it is an ideal place where you can stay comfortably and enjoy excellent service.

I have confirmed booking, but not given me room. And transferred me force fully to another hotel which is very far from my desired location. Also it is redicules, more than 20 days passed and i have not received my money back. And spares room for pe hours basis. As per my experience this hotel is not good for family. But, best for lovers who needs room for hours basis.

The staff was rude and uncooperative. Also, the services were very poor. We had to ask them for everything for atleast thrice or twice, like, water bottles, tea, etc. Also the rooms were very unhygienic, beddings, towels, washrooms were all very dirty
