They were all very nice and gave me a phone adapter to use and made sure my room and water was warm

Stay at the hotel was fine, it was very close to the airport so very convenient. It was overpriced.

Never stay at any cost, bathroom not clean, sofa at room unclean, room wooden floor every corner fix with cello tape or sharp edged nails which injured my foot

An absolute nightmare

The photos are very misleading. The hotel is very degraded. No toiletteries in the bathroom at all or towels. Furthermore we booked a triple occupancy room. There was a big double bed and the extra bed was nothing more than a rotten dirty sponge mattress with holes on the floor. One of us had to sleep on the floor which is completely unacceptable. There was no extra bed, there was only an extra matress. it is nothing more than 1 star. Unhelpful and uncaring staff. Terrible experience i highly recommend not staying at this hotel.

The room they provided was very dirty. We had paid additional for extra bed and they had bought a torn and dirty bed.

I had booked executive room for one night as i was traveling from singapore and going to jammu. Room was stinky, stains on towel. Hole in bed sheet and quilt was dirty. I will never book lohia hotel in future. Really terrible experience.

Extremely overpriced, rooms were smelly, had to ask to change the room and the other room was smelly as well, was not even given complimentary water bottle, had to force the staff and they gave just one bottle among three people that too opened, had to call the reception again to change that. Beds were dirty, ac looked like it will fall off, bathroom basin was getting clogged with water. Terrible, terrible stay, at the price of 3k for a room, horrible. Looked like a 500rs room. No

The bathroom drainage system was not working, water was not passing, room was not properly cleaned, pillow cover was reused, drinking water was charged wrongly, the tea and all was given when we asked and tea cattle was not cleaned properly, totally the experience was bad, i will never recommend any one for stay
