This hotel near delhi airport offers convenient airport pickup and drop services. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. The washroom was clean and quite large. The grand, decorated lobby gave a welcoming feel, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of cuisines, with a focus on local dishes. However, the hotel's location next to a highway brought in noise and dust, and the exterior looks a bit old.

Stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Food buffets have lots of options + they make fresh for kids as well. Highly recommend for luxury stay. Pool was very clean.

I booked other property and he give me other properties and after some arguments he gives me room same property but that room is too small and not clean properly no chair and table provided even i asked to provide.

Worst ever

It was one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed, dirty bedhseets with lipstick stains and when we asked them to change, they told us it will happen within half an hour so we kept our luggage and went it for dinner, even after 1 hour it wasnt changed they judt flipped the same bedhseet upside down and kept it. Nothing can be as worst as this to experience. Everywhere it was dusty. Kidnly avoid staying at this place. Its never recommended

Terrible experience, we actually booked hotel in luxury stay and we were provided room in a partnered hotel which had no basic facilities as well. I. E. Handwash, water bottles, cleanliness, towels etc. One should not stay and book this property.

Unprofessional staff no proper amenities

Worst hotel to stay in no restaurant in the hotel no proper arrangements of furniture in the room including cupboards in-dining chair table smelly rooms staff is rude and arrogant no gym inside the hotel all fake amenities no buffet in the hotel basically no restaurant how would they serve fooling guests no toiletries needed to ask for basic room needs like towels and toiletries

Staff was ok but the bathroom was stinking very much and the ac wasnt working as well, the pillow covers and the bed cover were not clean also

the hotel was below par. actually i don't know how the hotel was as they took me to an adjoining hotel. i had asked for early checking an̈d late check out but when i reached there they did not have any rooms do they made me wait for an hour. after that they took me to a hotel which was next door. the room had tirn bedsheets, not towels not even a soap. in the middle of the night they switched of the a/c from outside. i had opted for a lunch option for which they got me some packed food from somewhere. next day breakfast was in a completely different hotel a 100meters away. when i asked for the late check outagain they said it was not possible so i requested them to keep my bags at the reception. one of my worst experiences in a hotel. i cannot believe that you have such a hotel in your list of places to stay.

Worst hotel and hotel service ever. They deliver food after 1 hour. That also not what you asked for. After 1 hour. Food is tasteless. There ac is not working. Even after asking the staff to do something. He didnt show up to do anything. You have to wait at-least 20-25 mins just for normal room service.
