Room provided by hotel was good but hospitality is not up to mark even single water bottle not given by hotel. Tv available in room was not in working condition. Other wise rest of the things are fair.

Its near to old delhi railway station so convenient to me but not actually as look like in photos, ac was not properly working, u can’t touch remote as per by hotel staff otherwise if ac not working then it would be customers responsibility, how disgusting

Rooms were poor. Food charges were high. Picture and the room didn't match. Poor service. Rooms had no windows and the washroom smelled

The room at its worst position, the cushions are torn, also the bed sheet is very unhygienic. Don’t go with the picture, the condition is very bad. I’ll never visit again. I don’t even supply chai after 6. The whole corridor was smelling bad.

Hotel is 10 minutes walking from old delhi railway station, the area has good connectivity by bus and metro is 10 min walking. Rooms are a bit old type with no windows, ok for 1 night stay if the then it would have felt kind of depressing. Ac working properly and geyer also working properly(ac is switched off when geyser is on. I stayed in a deluxe room

Not a single window in the room & bathroom... 8.45am A/C Supply Off/ Geyser on then a/c off & geyser also off, start by call In room presentation of played Not dener 20mint time +40mint late... Not covered

The rooms are not clean and is full of cigarettes smell. The walls are very dirty and have spit stains. The linens have marks which is very disgusting. Overall a very bad experience and we checked out the room in 10 mins. Still waiting for refund from mmt/hotel but have lost hope.

Worst advertisement. No services available. No proper rooms. On mmt there were 2 categories of room but the hotel had only one room. Worst experience of my life!

Hotel was fine and clean but services was slow. Also geyser was not working and due to that i had to stay without bath throughout my stay time in hotel.
