The guy at reception named Dhoni who was on evening shift, charged me extra money for check-in, no invoice was provided for that amount and even after paying extra the room that was given to me did not had electricity in the bathroom, and the bedsheets and pillow cover were used and dirty which was clearly visible and smelly, upon requesting to change them they replied by saying that we do not have clean ones available. This was not enough, when I tried to sleep there was a rat in the room which was making noise the whole time even after complaining again and again there was no response from the hotel staff. They kept saying we don't have other rooms available. When I complained about these things the same guy named Dhoni at the reception spoke rudely and used inappropriate words. He did not have basic etiquette like how to speak with the guests. Later in the morning there was no water in the washroom. Even after complaining the same guy named Dhoni responded by saying sir we forgot to fill the water tank there is no water today. I had to leave without using the washroom. While doing the checkout he charged me more than the amount that was promised at the time of checkin and said I won't let you go if you won't pay this amount. So I had to pay extra money and again no invoice was provided even after asking and the invoice that was provided for the food was in the name of some other hotel. I'll advise everyone not to book this hotel at all. It's completely waste of money.

Not able to connect with Hotel representative Didn't proved breakfast after that my plan was including breakfast Hotel staff denied for checking because they didn't accept online payment

Extremely pathetic service I had come across. They denied to check in because I have booked this Hotel through online with coupon so I got big discount and paid online. On the date of check in reception person said we won't allow person who had paid less amount and demand extra money for check in. That time I had no place to go and I checked in with extra money and checked out early in the morning. Please don't book this Hotel Bcoz your wasting your hard money.

To start with it took two hours to get me the room after checking in at the middle of the night. There was total chaos at the reception other residents were complaining about the issue. During the checking, they were supposed to take a photocopy of my passport but the printer was not working receptionist told me that they will take copy next morning but they did not. I am a USA citizen. I need the hotel for 7-8 hours to get some sleep. It 2 hours and repeated efforts to get me the room. They said there is only one room left somebody was taking a shower in that room. After that person left they just mop the bathroom. When I get into the room it was dirty and bed linen was not changed since the last check out bed linen was really dirty staff changed the sheets on my request but still it was not clean. The room had plumbing work in progress. There was a hole in the wall and water pipes were viable. The bathroom was in terrible dirty condition with towel left from the previous stay room had a really bad odor. I was thirsty so I ordered a bottle of water(mineral). I was told they ran out of water bottle and they can get me from outside it took 45 minutes to get me the water by the time it was 2:45 am I had no option but to stay in the room. I was not able to sleep at all and did not shower because of the condition of the bathroom I checked out at 9 AM. There is a serious problem with the hotel. while I was waiting in the reception a lot of people came and complaining about something and receptionist was very rude with one of them. Terrible experience. I might not stay in OYO property anymore.

The room given for us was not clean and everything such as pillow covers bedsheets was used. There was no proper amenities provided for us. Irresponsible staffs as we asked for an evening tea but they didn't give a proper attention to us and the tea was not provided. A house keeping boy name Akash is the one who had the helping and Good attitude. For a single night stay we have changed 3 rooms.
