Horrible experience first off all tere was no hotel mentioned at the location named hotel o delhi inn. The hotel was with different name basic amenities was not provided it seams to be a hotel of red light area i have checked out with in half an hour no lock in doors ac not provided blankets, towels noting was there room size of 9*10 feet with an 40 yrs old bed in it. Make my trip please visit the location of hotel o delhi inn before listing it in your app horrible experience not at all safe for family

Room was clean and neat and staff was supportive, hot water was available and basic amenities was provided by hotel

Didn't have ac water bottles, no running water, geyser, etc. Never list this on makemytrip again

The manager named Suraj did not give us both the rooms upon arrival. We got the room after 5 hours waiting. Also the rooms are very small and bathroom was leaking water all over the room

It was a terrible stay. Most of the room facilities mentioned by MakeMyTrip site during booking was not there. When asked why? Suraj the manager replied that this is a low quality hotel.
