Location is v good. But cleanliness needed in the hotel. Had to ask for soap and towel. Staff is helpful.

It's a very old room, no exhaust in the bathroom, the linen was dirty and they couldn't even change the towel. This hotel doesn't have its own kitchen. Overall bad experience.

Rooms are smelly, not properly cleaned and there is no hot water in bathroom, ac was broken and spill water on bed occasionally

Room quality was not good. Staff was not trained. Also there was no contact no of hotel motioned in website. Only good part is it's near by metro station

The hotel is near the street and near to karolbag market and Ajmal khan road and Gaffar market. We have provided with 4 bed room and it was above average. We had stayed there for two times. During first time the rooms bathroom door was not normal and having privacy problem. Second time we stayed in a double bed room and the room was good. Both the rooms have good mirrors . We have a good experience in the hotel. It can be considered as a budget hotel (upper range). The staffs are well behaved.

Worst hospitality and stay not as per pictures. Manager not replying with respect. Humiliated guests. Bedsheets & bathrooms were not washed since years.

Lots of noise out side the room and there is no parking in front of hotel. Parking charge -20 rs per hours. Hotel staff is not professional. Only 15 to 20 years old staff. Walking out side the room intentionally. The were doing lots of noise. There is no privacy.

Location is convenient, hotel says complimentary breakfast but they are not give the breakfast, room service is bad because we are reached the hotel room and give the coffee order it's not available, so any way we are completed our trip tq

It was easy to find and convenient to stay at the hotel. It was comfortable and easy to walk around the large room. The bed was really comfortable and inviting. Good stay.

The check in was good the staff was good in behavior. But the rooms were not as in pictures and the place is not suitable for families as it is not clean or hygienic. The rooms are not safe as there was very little privacy.
