No water to drink in the room, no water for the washroom, No toiletries, No towel, bad furniture…. No service at all!!

Located adjacent to the parking outside hauz khas official. Room had an electric kettle, a small single door fridge an almirah as shown in property photos. The window ac in my room probably required maintenance as it provided little cooling. Bathroom was clean but had a little bad odor. Had to ask to change bedsheets, it took some time. My stay was quiet and without other disturbances from outside.

Location is very good. But can't access with cab. Atleast 200mtrs walk to the place. There are no lifts. Hygeine needs more improvement, as bed sheets and pillow cover were not properly cleaned or may not have been replaced after earlier guests have left. It has four floors but no lift available. Bed side table was not clean, and was broken. It seemed for only singles, not recommended for family stay.

the broken ceiling inside the washroom, the broken AC, if by mistake you kick the AC it will fall on the ground the anyone can come inside from that hole🤣🤣 not a safe place to stay.. Receptionist was not nice. location was just not for us...
