Asking extra money. Ac is there but not working. No privacy. No lock will given. Food service not there near no hotels nothing i am suggesting it is average

The worst hotel of my life. They don't have the basic amenities which are needed for better living. So right now we can say we are staying with the double price. For 3 adults 1 room, they have showed us a 50 square foot room. It is really bad.

Hotel denied check in and ask double amount of money at the time of check in, hotel owner behaviour is very rude.

I booked room but according to them it can't be booked because these are Oyo Rooms. the hotel staff not allowing me to enter in the hotel and took my bookings reference number and told that my paid money will be refunded in 72 hours. due to the late night didn't had any other option. I paid through Google pay for that night. most worst thing was there is no hotel board to identify hotel. they are misleading to the customer and over charged them and also refusing to accept paid tariff through Oyo app by Oyo Shree shyam villa. I want my money back which paid
