My booking is confirmed and at the night 12pm he will ask me i we have not information about your booking by make my trip and our hotels room are fool bargaining with extra 500rs for room. So i will try contact make my trip coustomer care but he could not answer at time

The rooms are completely different from what is showing in pictures room is dirty even the linen has stains washroom completely unbearable looks like nobody has used it from ages and neither cleaned it overall experience “ ghatiya “

Hotel staff was rude. We booked for 30 adults but no extra beds were given and bed was not big enough for 3 pax.

We had very bad experience when we stay at this hotel. Room not at all hygiene and not even 10% matches with the photo's which shown in make my trip and was very dirty smell was coming out from the bathroom. They have given us wet bed and sheets which was not properly washed. Food we have given order at night took one hour to deliver it which was not as per our wish. Whatsoever we order at night they were showing lazy to take it.

It was really horrific stay and only the reception looks good but the rooms which we have got was not at all hygiene and dint get properly washed bedroom. Horrific smell was there in the bathroom.

Big room, average housekeeping, arrogant front desk. Over best for this class and area.
Water was smelling. They need to clean there tank and wash. The curtains had loads of dust in it.

It was good, would definitely go for the next time amd recommend as well.
Room service was a bit late in providing what asked.
