Dont expect, luxury, hygiene, service, good behaviour from this hotel. All are unprofessional, if you book room queen bed room then you will get single bed room.

Everything is very poor very dirty and the staff was also very unprofessional, there was no water coming, no light in the bathroom. Worst experience of life.

Bathroom was not clean. Jet spray tuta hua tha. Charging sockets were not working. Remote of ac was with hotel staff.

No drinking water, terrible washroom and rude staff. Booking was not reflecting on their system. They allotted a room on the 3rd floor and no lift in the building. The room and washrooms didn't match what is shown . Not recommended at all.

1) no water in bathroom ( asked several times then got the water, then again after few hours there was no water. 2) cuts ac power at night can't even charge your phone, only a light and a fan can be run. 3) no lift/escalator.

I was booked two rooms. I was given only one room arguing they cannot provide two rooms at this rate. We adjusted in one room since it was only one night stay and we reached hotel at 10 pm.

Cleanliness was not good at all , owner was only concen for money , all time she use to ask for amount we booked she asked us to pay difference amount for tariff she wanted from oyo , we told her what is our concen for that

The hotel res-fused to provide the room i booked. They charged me again 600 rupees. The service was also very bad. The amount i paid for this hotel is worthless. I was not expecting this from such a reputed firm. I would like to get a refund.

The hotel people charged me extra 425 rupees for staying, since the make my trip shows very less amount, which is not enough for them. The room was good but it was not worth for (940 +425 ) rupees. Since, i had many luggages and i was with my kid, i was forced to pay the extra amount

Location is good if you want to use delhi metro as your main transportation for local visits. It's just few metres away from sarai kale khan metro station and close to nizamuddin railway station but the street is narrow so cab drivers will always request you to come to gate 3 of metro station

Walking distance from nizamuddin metro gate no 3. Very easily locate-able. Google shows the exact location. Helpful staff. Smooth check in. I was solo traveler came for exams. Nice and clean room, all amenities. Wonderful ac and hot geyser water 24 hrs. Room service was great. Cleanliness 5/5 staff behaviour 5/5 comfortable stay 5/5 p. S - it is next to nizamuddin station so locality is poor. But hotel is good. No lifts available. I was a solo traveller with single backpack. However the staff assured that they will take the baggage to room. It might be difficult for old persons to climb stairs. Rest all was fine. My exams went well. Had a good last min revision in the calm and quiet place i. E. My room
