Cleanliness is lacking. Dust bedrooms never moped and toilet never maintained clean. Staff are friendly and helpful though

Overnight stay in a room. The room was neat and and well presented. We enjoyed the food and service in the restaurant.

It doesn't look like a 3 star and not even a suit deluxe rooms and executive rooms have no difference both are the same i slept on the floor where there is no spaces. Lot of cockroachs i killed 5 of them because i don't want that to get in our luggages.

Location to the hotel is through very narrow road from the main road if you take google assistance. Uber taxi will be unable to drop you, you will have to walk at-least 1 km. However there is another way which is hardly 100 mts from the main road. Advise to come from other side. Food is good. Washroom is neat and clean with hot water supply.

The stay was terrible. The room was untidy. Too much shout and noise outside room whole night we couldn’t sleep ( many times complained but no use ) the person was not ready to handle the situation. He was arguing. The bathroom is worst. It’s shocking

Amazing place and amazing experience i highly recommend this hotel as its so neat and clean and service is so top notch the receptionist is also very humble and cooperative and its a best hotel to stay in mahipalpur i really like that. Its ok

Hotel is located in small interior street in between small vendor shops. Room interior was average. Good for only male stays. Family might like for 1 day stay. Overall it was good.

This hotel was the perfect base for our family exploration of Delhi. The location was close to several kid-friendly attractions and offered easy access to the metro. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including kid-friendly choices like pancakes and cereal. The staff was very accommodating, even providing us with a crib for our baby. We had a wonderful stay!

We stayed at hotel paragon suites with our two young children, and it was a great choice. The rooms were spacious enough for everyone to spread out, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping things clean.
