Worst experience with makemytrip so far. If i don't get my refund for this property i will stop using mmt for sure. I will ask my friend and family to go with another booking app. Your customer service agent is worst, he just disconnected the call

I have booked from make my trip. Stay was. Bathroom, toilet, room, pillow, bedsheet was dirty & smelly.

Wanted to rest for few hours before my flight but this wasn't even comfortable for those few. Cob webs, dirty bedsheet and pillow covers, bedbugs, dirty washroom etc. It looked like the room hadn't been cleaned in ages.

When i am booking this hotel whatever i have pay this hotel whenever reach for the check in hotel property honour is denying this price his demanding extra amount. He also spoke rudely and did not even check-in.

This hotel is not at all hotel. Very shabby place. Everything is wrong about this hotel. Start from location. Difficult to find. I checked in at 8pm and rooms were not clean. I have to ask the reception to offer me new room. Bedsheet, linen, bathroom were not at all clean. No lift at property, they will ask you to carry your luggage on 2nd -3rd floor. Tv not working. It was total mess.

It, s one of the pathetic hotel i have ever stayed, bed linen dirty, i asked for breakfast which they charge 160 but they don't have spoon. No door lock any hotel staff can open your room with there extra key while you are sleeping. I had an ac but without remote, toilets where very dirty. Also there is an network issue you have leave hotel area to make call or even use net because there wifi is useless as well. No tv in room. Dont fall into trap of pictures real thing is very different. Never gonna stay again.

We came here and felt welcome and with a high classy environment. The room is big with a big window amazing comfortable bed very good clean and friendly staff ! we had an amazing night here and a good breakfast thank you

A lodge in the name of 3star

Following are the highlights of the so called 3star property 1. The lift is not working and i got the room allotted on the 2nd floor. You have to take the stairs. 2. The rooms shown in picture are completely different the room i got. 3. There is no toiletries inside the toilet. Early morning power cut and as they are 3star property don't have any power back up so you have to manage in dark. Also the property price showing is just double of the price

I will not suggest any family to stay in this hotel. I have reached the hotel along with my family & after getting found a huge noise of the party at 10:30pm. With a smoking smell. No amenities available as shown in the advertising page. After that i called mm t but did not have any responsibility. The hotel owner miss behaving me over the phone call in front of mmt. Rooms have a bad smell & wash room is completely horrible. The beautiful part booking amount is not refundable & can be refundable after hotel owner confirmation. Mm t is really doing good as a dalal (broker. I was standing at hotel with my complete family & seeing all these tamasa till 11pm. Thanks to the cab driver luckily i escaped safely. The location of the hotel is completely out of reach. Please do not plan it's life risk too.

The hotel is worst i’ve ever stayed at, i can’t even count on what all poor services they have. To begin with hotel is super difficult to found, no cleanliness, poor staff, lists dont work, worst hospitality, lack of basic amenities(water to begin with. Don’t go for photos and amall prices. There are plenty of good hotels available around the city in this range.

Stay was average since there were many issues faced. First and foremost is cleanliness, the room and washroom was dirty. No toiletries and dental kit provided. Also, only one 500 ml bottle for drinking water is provided per day. Rest is chargeable. Food quality was also pathetic and smelled foul.

Room was ok, bathroom was pathetic. Their ac water was flowing on the floor of the bathroom. The hotels near airport are considered to have round the clock kitchen service (atleast tea, but they don't serve tea/coffee between 11pm to 8am

Absolutely horrendous experience. The rooms were filthy and reeked of a disgusting smell. None of the amenities listed were available. The place lacked even basic cleanliness and hygiene. To top it off, the bed was covered in strands of female hair. This is completely unacceptable.
