Room was not clean, washroom was dirty, no or late response on the call, rude behavior by the Hotel staff, counter questions on every question, everything was just worst. Won't suggest anyone to stay in that Hotel. Worst experience of my life.

We was at hotel are continental for our business trip with 2 of my friends, as we enter in hotel however hotel has provide me early check in without any problem staff has helped in fast check-in but experience of service was very bad, service was very late there are not proper availability of plates and glass, there was no hot water in our room, we have to pay higher room tariff the MMT rater than there direct rates.

Room was okay. Didn't find the location good for couples. Facilities were good, reconditioned room with good quality mattress. Washroom was clean. Tea was not up to the mark. All together nice hotel to stay in that locality.

Very clean hotel. But the location is OK type. Old Digha beach is too far from the hotel. Though there is a beach near the hotel but the main Digha beach is too far from the location. I would suggest this hotel only if you are interested in staying indoor most of the time

Good ... Location good. Hotel staff are also very good and room is very comfortable. So I want stay hear my next treap. I feel vary comfortable hear. The hotel is near by new Delhi real way station .

Got a great discount making my stay here a bargain, staff are v friendly and helpful (perhaps overly, knocking on the door uninvited) even though only one speaks English. I even had a problem with my bed so they changed the room for me, no problems

Prompt cleanup of leaking AC, most of the staff is cheerful, and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and springy! The hotel is on the main road, making it very easy to find. The metro and budget eateries nearby make the stay easy.

Time waste ... No cleanliness rooms, server boys poor services .. In on line we payment money but they asking GST pay to hotel why? We alredy pay the amount on make my trip ... When I asking give me the bill he is argued .. Last he gives unknown bill he not wrote hotel book bill he gives separately total bad

All facility of the hotel was good. I am giving 10/10 marks to this hotel. Room service, cleanliness, meal and behavior of this hotel employees are also very trained. Bed quality, bed sheet are also good. Wash area was also cool and latest designed.
