the service of the hotel is very bad and the way of talking with the guest is very bad and I and my family were shifted to another room instead of the deluxe room, the toilet was not clean AC. Even the door of the room was bad and extra money was also taken lol this Hotel was too bad

Dirty bed sheets and pillow cover was not changed even on multiple requests, ac wasn’t working properly and was making continuous noise all the time, bathroom was dirty

Location is very good, cheap n best. Spacious, clean, hygienic rooms, good staff. Very good stay for people coming for treatment in apollo indraprastha delhi. Altogether a very very very nice experience. Food has to be ordered from a nearby restaurant.

The most terrible experience in my whole life

My stay was from 1st may to 4th may and in this period they have not given me a single bottle of water be it packaged or RO and the room which is shown in the photo is way more different then the room what is actually given the have provided me with very small room with the ceiling broken and the washbasin was leaking. I Am now very much sure that I will never book this place.
