Rooms were clean but filled with mosquitoes. Hot water in the shower was only on request. Breakfast had very limited options.

The hotel staff goofed up the reservation, even with confirmed reservation rooms not held. The front desk staff was rude and literally asked us to look for another accommodation. I had to be on a call for almost 2 hours with an staff to get something decent. We were a party of 6 including 2 kids under 10. The staff didn't have courtesy even to handle our luggage. We reached around 9 pm and had no option but to eat at the resturant, the food was average. While leaving we requested for a drop as it was close to midnight, the guy at the front desk refused and left.

The rooms washroom and facilities was very good. The breakfast provided is very much tasty with lots of options. A pleasant stay

Staff is okay. Not very much hospitable. Just okay okay. Room is okay. Neither excellent nor dirty. Just as required. With little bit tweaks experience can be a lot better.

It was an average stay for me at this hotel. I stayed for the first time here. It was looking good from outside but it was not as good as they charged.

Rooms are ultra small, showers don't work, there restaurant is a joke. Value for money is non existent. The hotel staff are ok.

It was a good stay. Staff was supportive. Room was clean ac was working fine and room was properly cooled. Food and other services were nice. Washroom basin need to be little more hygienic, and you may not remove window curtain as it opens in the hotel courtyard view.

Hotel is near Patel nagar metro and 2kms from Karol bagh metro and market area. Lot of options outside the hotel for food. Don't expect a view from room. Atleast we did not get any in Premium room. Room size is good but cleanliness need to be improved. Found stains in bed sheet. Overall cleanliness is good. Food option in in-house restaurant is limited in buffet. Taste is ok but not great. Staff behavior is good. Ready to help. Overall a good stay with improvements needed at certain places.

The room had a lot of insects. (mosquities, flies etc ) the toilet flush was dysfunctional. Over experience was not very good.

No welcome drinks(as mentioned, were served. The room cleaning was done only once in our entire stay. The toiletries were not kept even after they were finished. Delux rooms too small. The restaurant food and buffet is good.

Tv wasn't working well. I am sure you will understand when you staying alone the importance of television. Is basic need. Rooms are small too
