I and my friend stayed in two nights in hotel roomavilla. This is an excellent accomodation for anyone to stay in delhi. They're providing good facilities for low price. This hotel is located in pharganj area near to the new delhi railway station. Anyone can walk to this hotel from new delhi railway station just 500 m distance. I would like to recommend to everyone. Please go ahead if you want stay in new delhi. Thank you for reception staff for receiving good hospitality and treat with respectful.

The hotel is not accessible by any vehicle. So i was dropped at main road and bound to walk with all luggage for 200 mtrs in a narrow dirty gali. After arriving hotel they allot us a room in 3rd floor but no lift facility is there. Behaviour of hotel staff is very rude.

Hotel rooms average conditions. Service of hotel staff also good. Hotel location near railway station but the way of railway station very dirty.

There was only one fan for four people it was getting very hot and suffocated. The ac also was not working and there was no proper charging socket. Even the lock wasn't locking properly with key. And they had given water only once. There was no proper drinking water. The overall experience was baddi do not recommend anyone to book it.

The room was not properly cleaned and had a bad smell. The bed mattress should be changed. The door was not locked properly.

Over all my experience was not so good as because i asked 3 to 4 times for ac connection to my room but surprisingly they ignored completely. So i had to spent my booked days -night without ac and in very hot conditions with my family members. Staff 's response is very poor as per my experience.

Roma vela hotel is nice hotel but it location is not good it is locate congested area in paharganj. Staff nature is nice and helpful

At first it was difficult to find the location for me as well as for auto. After 2 days we realised the location totally and the nearest metro station rk ashram marg, we used to go by walking daily. It is only 10 min walking distance from the hotel. The staff were very helpful and cooperative. Their behaviour was very good and polite.
