The hotel is under renovation, the room provided to us is very poor, overall very bad experience, the quality of breakfast is very basic. Room prices is soo high @5580

Very unhygienic and poor customer service. When i enter the room it was so smelly, mirrors were broken, stain marks all over the chair. When asked to change the room. They mentioned not possible. Hence i checked out immediately i'll never travelle to this place ever again

Don't stay "high price with zero facilities

As per price, it should have been a 3 star hotel facilities but there was no hot water available for bathing in this cold weather throughout our booking. We requested many times but manager said they don't switch on the boiler before 7 am.

The room was not as shown in the pictures. It was very dirty. Air conditioner is not working properly and they are not providing hot water too.

The clothes, blanket etc were not clean, and they don't have spare to replace it. Overall the experience is not upto the mark.

Bedsheet and blanket were dirty in reedy chutneys dirty room they gave us dirty room when we asked them they said we just available this room so we were in urgency to we rested but dont suggest to any one.

The room was really bad. Transparent curtains, broken furniture. Room smelled like someone has poured an entire bottle of perfume. It was unbearable. We left right after the checkout since the they did not have one decent room. Never book this place.
