Pillow covers and bedsheets are terribly dirty, food quality is very very poor of hotel's restaurant

Given a very small and claustrophobic room, did not even assist in upgrading. The front office was very uncooperative.

The location was nice that is the hotel was present right on the main road. The rooms were nice and the food was delicious as well.

Not good. Room no 254 did not have hot water and flush problem. Not provide any good bath soap or sampoo in bathroom as mentioned in terms and conditions. Over all not happy.

Property located nice area near t3 airport and with easy transport. With good hygiene maintained in hotel.

Hotel bedsheets had blood stains on them. Linen was not washed and bad food. Manager was rude and did not offer any compensation for bad service

The sheets were not clean. I had to leave the hotel and go to another one and was refused any cancellation and was not provided with a refund even after not staying for 5 mins.
